Gina and I are so excited to welcome our first child, Henry Ericson Yonge, into the world. For months now, I've been told by family and clients that a baby "will change your life like you never dreamed." I took the advice at face value, but I never dreamed how true those words would be. Henry has stirred up a new level of passion and love within me that brings a real joy.

We want to thank you guys, our awesome clients, EY partners, and of course the awesome EY team, for the gracious support you've shown us. Although we've grown our company the past few years, nothing compares to growing our family! Both are blessings from God, and Gina and I feel very thankful right now.

We hope we'll still be enjoying the relationships we have with each of you when Henry takes over the company from his old man. That is, unless he decides to do something else— like becoming a superhero.
