To the staff and team of EYStudios, As owners of a Yahoo Store for over 10 years, we are absolutely thrilled to have found EYStudios! We just completed a site re-do with EYStudios and our experience with this company was outstanding! We are extremely grateful and appreciative of the quality of their work and service.

With EYStudios, every time I asked for a special feature for the site, they said, "No problem. Anything is possible!" EYStudios has proven that with Yahoo Stores, anything is possible!

And last, with EYStudios, our rankings improved in the first week after publishing the new site!! It is amazing to sit here after just one week of publishing and see our ranking climb.

So you can see after 10 years of working with numerous Yahoo design companies, we were a bit nervous to sign on with EYStudios as we were putting our entire site into their hands. I do know that my stories are similar to other store owners out there. When signing on with EYStudios, we were concerned about everything…. service, design, programming and optimization. Well, to our amazement, we did not get what we hoped for with EYStudios . . . instead; we got what we hoped for and a million times more. We were truly blown away!

First of all, they were extremely professional and courteous. The consultant, Darren, spoke to me on the phone. Everything he had suggested to improve the site was exactly what I had hoped to achieve for so many years. After our initial conversation, he had emailed a proposal to me. The proposal had a clear step by step outline of the project. It displayed each and every task separately and the cost for each task. There were no 'hidden' charges. I was able to remove some features in order to stick to my budget. During the middle of the project, I was able to add some features as well. There was a target date for completion, and of course, they completed on time!

The designers were amazing! It was as if they had a huge knowledge of my industry. They emailed a proof of everything, and nothing would be completed until I approved the proof. They captured the essence of my product with the first proof as if they had been researching it for years. I never had to make a single change to the design on any of the proofs. Design wise, every graphic image is 'popping' with details and special touches! I honestly feel that no matter what product you are selling on-line, EYStudios will be able to create the look and feel of the site that will enhance and boost sales!

One of the best experiences of working with EY was working with Stephanie, a client liaison. She made the entire project run smoothly. I was stress-free as she updated me on a daily basis on the progress of the site. With Stephanie, I was never left 'hanging'. I had A LOT of questions and she answered every single email that very same day. When the site launched, there were simple little tweaks that had to be made. Stephanie was right there for us! She prioritized the list of things to be done and assured me that within 24 hours, everything would be completed. Everything was completed the SAME day that we launched. It is a miracle that within 24 hours of launching a new site, the site was up and running perfectly!

I was completely amazed by the programming of the site and how they were able to launch the new site. It is a brand new site, yet, it is a site "re-do". Every page of the site was redone; the front page, the category pages, the item pages, the shopping cart, etc. The back end of the site and the url's stay the same. They made it appear so simple. They are obviously very experienced with Yahoo stores. I had some confusing special requests with the programming and the ordering process. Justin, the lead programmer, was nothing less than amazing!! He called a couple of times to answer all of my questions over the phone. I needed some assistance in learning how to use the new custom fields. He was right there for me to talk me through it. When it came time for me to enter data into the new site, he gave me his email address so that I could contact him over the weekend in case I had any questions. He was able to magically adjust things with programming to make the pricing work perfectly. Even after the site was launched, my SEO company gave him a long list of things to do and he completed the task within 24 hours.

So, you can see why I was so compelled and eager to write such a long testimonial. EYStudios deserves the recognition. After a decade of working with other website designers, I can now rest assured that I have found a company that I can trust and rely on to grow my business with. They have become a member of my team. Having a site means constant upgrades and changes, and having EYStudios is such a peace of mind! If any potential client is 'unsure' of signing on with EY Studios, I can assure you that this company is second to none in design, service and expertise!!!
