For me, it's not so easy to fall in love. That is until I met the love of my life. Her name -- is jQuery.

OK, I started a little off the deep end, but for those who are unfamiliar with the name, here is the opening description from the jQuery web site:

"jQuery is a fast and concise JavaScript Library that simplifies HTML document traversing, event handling, animating, and Ajax interactions for rapid web development. jQuery is designed to change the way that you write JavaScript."

Not only has it changed the way people write JavaScript, but it is taking web design as a whole by storm. I'm always a sucker for the latest advancements in the realm of programming, and this cross-browser compatible framework makes life so much easier.

I know I sound a little behind on the subject. Some of you are like: "jQuery has been out for 10,000 years, son! Where have you been?!" The answer is simple -- I've been too busy writing jQuery to actually write a post about it!

With this framework, we can easily manipulate properties and attributes of HTML like never before. That's enough to make any programmer excited!
